IBra-Fashion. com 14-days refund of quality problem


1, 14 days---We will count 14 days as soon as you receive your orders.

2, We will only accept refund for item of bad quality, we will not accept refund for size (had list size and size conversion

for reference), and color difference (the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor).

3, We have made every effort to pack the order well, however, in transit may cause damage or non-flat of the packing

bag, if you find parcel badly damage or missing when receive, please refuse the parcel, and inform us. we will refund

you when we get the return item, and deal with post office.

4, We do not refund or exchange if the goods is confirmed damage by customers.

5, We accept exchange if customer want different size or color, but should return the original one and pay the shipping.


How to process refund or replace?

1, Please contact us in 14 days if you found goods of bad quality.

2, Contact our customer service by email, and provide order number,quantity and the problem of the named product by picture.

3, We will check the problem, and make record.

4, After confirm the problem, we will contact if you would like a refund or exchange.

5, Once confirmed, we will make refund in 24 hours to your paypal account.


We do not accep refund or exchange for following:

1, The goods are not sold from our website.

2, The goods have been used and not new excluding quality problems (especially for intimate lingerie).
